What is the difference between political science and legal science?

Although they share many commonalities, political science and legal science are different from each other. However, they remain closely related. Political science encompasses a whole mechanism that refers to the rules and norms in force.

In legal science, the origins, objectives and evolution of various laws and regulations are studied. Political science is more focused on the application of these.

What is political science?

It is all the mechanisms of government that are studied in political science. It is the result of all the past events that have given rise to a large number of current situations. Studying political science helps to limit potential governmental problems and contributes to peace.

This is why political science is also important in international relations. Its study implies that you have mastered the history of institutions and the evolution of ideas. You must also have a good knowledge of sociology to master this field.

What is legal science?
