What is the definition of International Law?
International law includes all legal rules relating to the relations between states and countries, whether in the public or private sector. In other words, it is the law of international relations.
Ensuring the proper conduct of a structure’s activities in the international field requires reference to international law.
What is Public International Law?
Public law includes all the laws and regulations that govern the affairs of public structures. When we talk about Public International Law, we are talking about the same rules, but applied at the international level. It is imperative that all States refer to it in order to act appropriately.
In the event of disputes, the rules of international law are also used as a reference for resolving them. Thus, he is involved in diplomacy or in the management of public structures that work internationally.
What is Private International Law?
While Public International Law applies to international public structures, Private International Law governs relations between individuals. However, they must work internationally. They may be important personalities in the economy and/or international trade.
