HEIP offers different types of scholarships to help students finance their studies. It is not possible to combine multiple scholarships.
Crous Scholarship for the Bachelor’s program in “International Relations & Political Science” in Paris
As part of HEIP’s policy to support access to higher education, students enrolled in the Bachelor’s program in “International Relations & Political Science” in Paris are eligible for the CROUS scholarship. Awarded by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research and managed by CROUS, these need-based scholarships are granted to students under the age of 28 as of September 1 of the enrollment year, based on their family’s social situation.
Applicants must complete their Student Social File by logging into the Mes Services Étudiants platform.

Excellence Scholarship for First-Year Bachelor’s Students
HEIP has established an Excellence Scholarship:
- 20% tuition fee reduction for the 2024/2025 academic year for 2024 high school graduates (French Baccalauréat) who achieved a “Très Bien” (Highest Honors) distinction.
- 10% tuition fee reduction for the 2024/2025 academic year for 2024 high school graduates (French Baccalauréat) who achieved a “Bien” (Honors) distinction.
Sibling Scholarship
HEIP grants a 10% tuition fee reduction for the 2024/2025 academic year for students who are siblings.
OMNES Education Group Loyalty Scholarship
HEIP grants a 10% tuition fee reduction on the first year of the 2024/2025 second cycle within HEIP or another school of the OMNES Education Group.
Dom Tom
HEIP grants a 10% tuition fee reduction for the 2024/2025 academic year to students who took the entrance exam in the French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM) or the year prior to enrollment and whose schooling was completed in the DOM-TOM.
High-Level Athlete Scholarship
HEIP offers a fixed €1,500 reduction on the 2024/2025 tuition fees for students listed on the Ministry’s register of high-level athletes.

With Garantme, 2 options are available:
Obtaining a rental guarantee: it can be difficult to find a guarantor when moving to France. Garantme can act as a guarantor for housing. By subscribing to Garantme, students obtain an eligibility certificate proving that Garantme acts as a guarantor. When searching for apartments and attending viewings, they must attach the certificate to their application file so that landlords are aware of it. It is valid throughout France.
Housing search: once the eligibility certificate is obtained, students have access to a housing search platform that lists accommodations accepting Garantme as a guarantor.
How to benefit:
Students directly request their eligibility certificate and search for housing on the personalized page dedicated to OMNES Education. A 15% discount on guarantee fees is available by entering the promotional code OMNESEDUCATION at payment on the website.
