Support for International Students: The OMNES Education International Package

HEIP students celebrating their graduation in political science and international relations

What is the HEIP International Package?

Coming to study in France is an extraordinary adventure. To ensure that your transition goes as smoothly as possible—and that you can focus fully on your studies—HEIP, as a member school of the OMNES Education group, provides you with access to a comprehensive, practical, and personalized support system designed to assist you at every stage of your journey: your initial arrival, administrative procedures, housing, your well-being, and much more.

This program is offered as the OMNES Education International Package, valued at €700, payable as a one-time fee upon your initial enrollment (in addition to tuition). It is mandatory for all students residing outside of France who are non-European nationals.

Visas, residence permits, and procedures: We’ll guide you step by step

Administrative procedures can seem complicated when you’re abroad. The International Package guides you through every step:

  • Assistance with obtaining your student visa starting in your first year.
  • Resources available to help you renew your residence permit and visa annually for the duration of your studies.
  • Support for changing employment status upon completion of the program (transition to employee status, etc.).
  • Assistance with everyday tasks: Social Security, health insurance, and much more.

Settle in easily with resources designed just for you

To help you quickly find your way around and feel at home in France, there are resources available to you at any time:

  • Personalized online course “Welcome to France!” with digital and reference resources available 24/7 (housing guide, practical guide to French culture, etc.).
  • Thematic webinars on key topics: budget, housing, visas, and campus life.
  • Orientation events are held at the start of each school year, along with an immersive game to help you adjust to the local culture right from the start.

Finding Housing in France: Dedicated Tools and Partners

Finding housing from a distance is often one of the first challenges international students face. We’ve anticipated this challenge for you:

  • Dedicated tools and support to help you find housing, even before you arrive.
  • Exclusive access to our housing partners’ platforms, whether you’re moving in for the first time or changing housing during the school year.
  • A network of trusted partners covering all your needs: banking, insurance, and healthcare.

Your well-being is our top priority throughout your time at school

Your academic success also depends on your personal well-being. HEIP and OMNES Education are committed to supporting you in this regard:

  • Welcome Desk representatives are available on every campus and are ready at any time to answer your questions, assist you, and provide guidance.
  • A dedicated wellness platform featuring articles, webinars, a hotline, and a chat service with bilingual psychologists.
  • On-campus meetings and a reporting system that provides personalized support in cases of difficulty or distress.

OMNES Education is committed to supporting you

Before you leave, as soon as you arrive, and throughout your program, HEIP and the OMNES Education Group will do everything possible to ensure a smooth transition, your day-to-day well-being, and the success of your studies at every stage of your adventure in France.
