HEIP welcomes students from its partner universities throughout the year on its main campus, in Paris, for one or two semesters. Thanks to its programs taught in English in the third year of the Bachelor’s degree and in the MSc cycle, exchange students can take courses in English even if they do not speak French. Exchange students participate in the life and diversity of the school, in its openness to the world and promote interculturality among students.

Les critères d’éligibilité

  • – Be enrolled in one of HEIP’s partner establishments
  • – Have validated at least 3 semesters of study in their home institution to apply for Bachelor courses or have validated at least 5 semesters of study in their home institution to apply for MSc cycle courses
  • – Have studied international relations or political science
  • – For students wishing to study in English and for whom English is not the language of study: justify a minimum level of B2 ( Common European Framework of Reference for Languages ). Official certification is not required
  • – For students wishing to study in French and for whom French is not the language of study: justify a minimum level of B2 ( Common European Framework of Reference for Languages ). Official certification is not mandatory.

Procédure de candidature

  1. Be nominated by your home institution before the indicated deadline
  2. Once nominated, HEIP sends you the application procedure
  3. Complete your application with the required documents before the date indicated
  4. You receive an admission response within two weeks after the application deadline

International candidates for an academic exchange must choose one option among the 6 options below:

1Fall – Bachelor International Relations and Political Science (taught in French)
2Spring – Bachelor International Relations and Political Science (taught in English)
3Whole year – Bachelor International Relations and Political Science ( 1st semester taught in French and second semester taught in English)
4Fall – M1 Diplomacy and International Relations (taught in French)
5Fall – M1 Diplomacy and International Relations program (taught in English)
6Whole year – M1 Diplomacy and International Relations ( 1st semester taught in French or English and second semester dedicated to writing a dissertation)

Student at the European University of Tunis

Under the collaboration agreement between the European University of Tunis and HEIP, UET students have the opportunity to apply to HEIP in order to obtain a double degree. The relevant programs at HEIP are:

  • Bachelor Relations Internationales et Sciences Politiques (B3) – parcours 2+1
  • MSc Diplomacy and soft power (M2) – parcours 1+1
  • MSc Développement durable (M2) – parcours 1+1
  • MSc International Business and Diplomacy (M2) – parcours 1+1
