A PEN AT THE SERVICE OF A LUXURY GIANT

Laura Cohen is currently Editorial Communications Manager in the Internal Communications Department at Parfums Christian Dior. In this iconic company, she manages the content distributed to 14,000 employees worldwide, with an editorial approach that is both strategic and creative.

In particular, she oversees :

  • Creation and publication of LinkedIn content for the Parfums Christian Dior brand;
  • Management of the intranet and internal newsletters;
  • The deployment of internal operations linked to product launches or competitions for employees;
  • The production of content for the screens present on French sites, in order to effectively disseminate information to all employees, including those who are not in front of a computer;
  • Support for other departments in the creation or redesign of their communication media;
  • And from time to time, we write HR and organizational memos and provide communication support to certain managers.

COMMITTED TRAINING AND INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

After a scientific baccalaureate, Laura began her studies at Sup de Pub, specializing in digital communications. Her excellent results opened the door to a university exchange program outside Europe, in Australia, where she combined her passion for surfing with courses in journalism and creative writing, nurturing her interest in editorial content.

Back in France, she joined HEIP for a master’s degree in Political Communication, Lobbying and Public Affairs (in partnership with Sup de Pub), attracted by ecological and political issues.

She spent her second year on a work-study program with an organic and eco-responsible cosmetics brand, as a digital communications manager, a highly versatile position involving e-commerce site creation, customer service, CRM, social networks and influence.

A CAREER BETWEEN ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND MAJOR COMPANIES

Always driven by the desire to create, Laura and two associates launched OLOON, a 360° communications agency that she continues to manage alongside her other projects.

She then joined start-up Circle Sportswear, a pioneer in the circular economy of sportswear, as community manager and influence manager.

These multiple experiences, in start-ups as well as in international groups, enabled her to reconcile her ecological values with her taste for words, until she joined Parfums Christian Dior, where she now works on internal communications for a global group.
