GIVING TERRITORIES A VOICE
Ioritz Moulin is parliamentary attaché to a Gironde deputy at the FrenchNational Assembly.
As part of his duties, he helps prepare legislative work, write speeches and formulate questions put to the Government, sometimes directly to the Prime Minister, during Questions to the Government (QAG).
Most recently, he worked on the draft law on agricultural orientation, writing article-by-article summary sheets. His day-to-day work alternates between analyzing legislative texts, political writing and working in committee or in the Chamber, with a constant demand for precision and clarity.
RURAL ROOTS, A POLITICAL VOCATION
Originally from Comminges (Haute-Garonne) and from a farming family, Ioritz began his career with a vocational baccalaureate in Agricultural Business Management, followed by a BTS in Agricultural Business Analysis, Management and Strategy (ACSE).
Passionate about history, politics and literature, he decided to reorient himself towards political science with a clear objective: to defend agriculture and represent rural areas often forgotten in national debates.
He then joined HEIP for a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations, attracted by the quality of the teaching staff and the intellectual openness of the school. He is now pursuing a Master’s degree in Political Science and Political Communication.

AMBITIONS AND PROJECTS
In parallel with his position at the National Assembly, Ioritz is preparing a list for the municipal elections in his commune. His long-term ambition is clear: to work for the Presidency of the Republic.
