GIVING A VOICE TO THE REGIONS
Ioritz Moulin is a parliamentary assistant to a Member of Parliament from Gironde at the French National Assembly.
In his role, he contributes to preparing legislative work, drafting speeches, and formulating questions to be addressed to the Government—sometimes directly to the Prime Minister—during the weekly Government Question Time (Questions au Gouvernement, QAG).
Recently, he worked on the Agricultural Policy Bill, producing concise briefs summarizing each article. His daily work alternates between analysing legislative texts, political writing, and participating in committee or plenary sessions, with an unwavering commitment to precision and clarity.
RURAL ROOTS, POLITICAL VOCATION
Originally from Comminges (Haute-Garonne) and from a family of farmers, Ioritz first completed a vocational baccalaureate in Farm Business Management, followed by a BTS diploma in Farm Business Analysis, Management and Strategy (ACSE).
Passionate about history, politics, and literature, he decided to switch to political science with a clear goal: to defend agriculture and represent rural areas often overlooked in the national debate.
He then joined HEIP for a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations, drawn by the quality of the faculty and the school’s intellectual openness. He is now pursuing a Master’s degree in Political Science and Political Communication.
I believe in the value of everyone’s ideas, regardless of their political party. Overcoming divisions is essential to serve the public interest.
AMBITION AND PROJECTS
Alongside his work at the National Assembly, Ioritz is preparing an electoral list for the upcoming municipal elections in his town. His long-term ambition is clear: to work for the Presidency of the Republic.
