The Bachelor’s cycle is designed to provide the fundamental knowledge to be aware of the complexity of global issues and open up to the international sector.

 

PROGRAM BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS AND POLITICAL SCIENCE

 

During their first 3 years, students cover the core curriculum in the broad range of political and international disciplines required to fully understand what is at stake in the modern world. The course focuses on humanities and general knowledge in its broadest sense.

 

Every semester, in addition to lectures, students are supported in their work by classes taught in a seminar format:

  • Two seminars in more specific subfields to provide in-depth knowledge to complement the lectures given during the semester,
  • Two seminars on methodology,
  • A conference “International Affairs & Modern Diplomacy” followed by individual and group work in English,
  • Two foreign language courses, in addition to English.
1st and 2nd years

The first and second year program’s focus on the acquisition of the methodological basics and the fundamentals of each of the major disciplines.

3rd year

In their third-year students focus on the international aspect of the course and prepare their specialization for the master’s program. During the first semester, students choose to study either on the school’s London campus or on the Paris campus. The program is the same in both cities, although the content is adapted to the local context.

During the first semester in Paris, students can elect to follow specialized courses in one of the three major disciplines taught at the school as part of the master’s cycle. (International Relations / Public Affairs / Journalism & the Media)

In the 2nd semester, students can choose to study at one of our partner foreign universities or to do an internship in France or abroad.

At the end of the 3rd year, students graduate with a HEIP bachelor’s Degree in “International Relations and Political Science.”

The third year of the bachelor’s program is designed to make students fully aware of and open to international issues and enables them to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in “International Relations and Political Science”.
