STUDENT EXCHANGE AT HEIP

If you are a student from one of our partner universities, you have the opportunity to study at HEIP (Paris campus) for one to two semesters.

Eligibility criteria

To be a current full-time student in one of HEIP partner institutions;
To have successfully passed 3 semesters in your home institution (for student applying for bachelor exchange) or 5 semesters in your home institution (for students applying for master level)
To be proficient in English, minimum B2 level of English (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). You can either provide HEIP with a copy of your language certification or certificate of your home institution language teacher
(Optional) To be proficient in French, minimum B1, if you want to enrol in courses taught in French

If you meet the criteria above, please refer to the international or mobility service at your home institution.

Be nominated by your home institution before April 1st (Fall application) or October 15th (for Winter application)
Once you are nominated, HEIP sends you the application form below
You must fill in the application form and gather the required supporting documents
Send your application to international@heip.fr or through your home institution before May 15th (Fall application) or November 1st (for Winter application)
HEIP will review your application and inform you and your home university of your application status within 1 to 2 weeks after the application deadline
